Having only had three owners in it’s life this house was well loved and well maintained. Designed by a structural engineer it had been thoughtfully sited and already had lovely light and access to breezes but lacked connection to the sloping lot and the flow and space for entertaining and hosting guests.

An interior and exterior renovation improved the aesthetic proportions and practical flow of the house whilst remaining true it’s mid-century essence.
